The independent Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIO) has developed a unique project to protect both service provider and motorist from unscrupulous behavior.

This exiting development is known as the TRANSACTION PROTECTED PROJECT.

In terms of the TPP service provided by subscribing service providers is done by means of binding clause on the service provider’s “jobcard”.

Should a dispute arise between the two parties, the matter will be mediated or arbitrated at no cost to the customer if the parties cannot resolve their differences within 14 days after the dispute arose.
